Elisa Giambelluca. Como si fuera tan fácil.
María Encarnación González. Editorial Narcea. Madrid 2019.
A biography of Elisa Giambelluca (1941-1986). A woman of her time: a teacher of Mathematics and Physics in secondary schools whose life could be similar to that of any professional. But her family and friends, her fellow teachers and her students, recognized in her a spiritual category that left a deep impression on all of them. She was a member of the Teresian Association since 1964 and died in 1986.
The Diocese of Cetfalú (Italy) introduced her beatification process in 2008. Her cause was introduced in the Vatican Congregation for the Causes of Saints and the next step would be her declaration as God's Servant.
Author: María Encarnación González, First director of the Office of the Causes of Saints of the Spanish Episcopal Conference. Postulator of the canonization of San Pedro Poveda and Elisa Giambelluca, among others.
